 Our girl Sky (Skymningen's Soraya) was taken from us at the age of 3 1/2.
She had gone into our back yard where she was attacked and fatally injured by a hawk. I miss her so.
And this is so true...."If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again."

I am so sorry for your loss,,,,as a small dog owner I watch the hawks but was told they would never attack a dog,,,thank you for sharing what happened so more can be aware of the risks.What you must have gone through I cant even imagine. |

It is so hard to lose your beloved pet, but to lose one so young in such a devistating way makes the loss more difficult. May God bless you on your loss |

I am very sorry for your loss. I bet you as you have watched over her, she is now watching over you. I, too, had loss my small dog, Jaja, (2 yrs old) taken away by a car driver.
She is now probably playing with Sky on that rainbow bridge where everything is calm and playful.
