Just got back from two days at the Gold Coast and it was so nice and warm. Tons of dogs walking along the beach and even a cafe to sit and have a coffee. It was so good.

Hey Paula, I've been meaning to answer your last email. I've been so busy in my yard lately, but now the heat is running my inside. The last 2 days it's been over 100! Geez, I hate the heat here! What a cute pic. Actually, you do sort of favor Audrey in this pic.......how cute! I'll have to dig all thru my old pics to find mine. I have so much of my stuff in a storage facility, and it is so miserable going there since the building is metal. What have you been up to? I had to take my little Hershey to the vet last Friday. She wouldn't get out of her bed and she was obviously in a great deal of pain. Got her x-rayed and she has significant arthritis in her fight hip. She had tried to jump on the sofa and fell......poor thing. Anyway, she got a shot and meds to relieve the pain and she is lots better......thank God! She's getting up there in age but she is such company for me and I'm crazy about her so I'm not in the mindset to lose her! My life would be very lonely without her. I have been swimming a lot lately and now with this heat the water is like bath water! I hate that. It's not very refreshing anymore. Do you miss the awful heat here? I'll post this and go back to my last email from you and answer you.

If you google map of Australia and look up Queensland. We are up the top at least two states and and ocean away from Tassie. I am glad getting some replys. The search members does not work with adding aussie post codes so I had to go another way. Hope you all have a good week. Pat and zac
