Kissy seems to be back to her normal self. she has more energy and likes to play now. And she is eating again but she will open her mouth a little so you can put food from your finger into her mouth. I guess she thinks that is the way she is suppose to eat since we were havng to force feed her for a litle while. Sure is a pain now though, wish she wold eat like the other 2 dogs.

She started to get better, her red blood cells increased but she will probably stay on the meds for the rest of her life. But now she has quit eating again! Waiting to hear from the doctor. Thank you for your prayers.

They don't know what is causing her problem. I have't heard from the vet about her last blood test yet. So today she and I are just lying around both sick. LOL

There is a slight inprovement according to the blood test reports. She is eating some on her own but sometimes I have to put a little food in her mouth. After a couple times of doing that she then starts to eat. She only eats about 3 Tbsp. but that is better than nothing. Had to put her on Iams canned food so hopefully she will get built up now that we can get some food in her.Plus she is still taking the Geritol and meds to keep her stomach calm. I am also giving her meds so she doesn't get the runs from changing her diet so much. Poor Baby. but she is a little more active now. Tires easily. Thank you for the prayers.

Thank you very much. I have a sick doggy right now. She is very anemic and would you believe she has to take Geritol! She had quit eating for some reason so I have been taking her to the vet about every other day for blood tests. Went this morning and go back Monday. So I havent' been on here much. She and I took a nice ong nap today. I think I need to go back to bed and finish that nap. Pollen is so bad here and it is really affecting me. Hope all is well with you. Marian
