She drove the next leg of the transport. She is a 60 year old disabled widow who is spending her money on gas to drive homeless animals to rescue groups and she is also spending every spare penny on trying to help the local "animal shelter" in her small Missouri town. They have only 5 small kennels -- outside. Not even any electricity to plug in a fan. Recently she paid for stainless steel water bowls that the dogs could not tip over. In talking to her, I suggested she setup a "Fundable" account on-line to see if people will chip in to help them improve the sad situation at their shelter. I can only give a few dollars myself and I know we all have bills and expenses and other charitable causes to which we donate. But if we can each give "a little" and each of us forward this to someone else who might donate or forward, maybe improvements can happen at this sad little animal shelter in rural Missouri. Thank you all!

well you have to make people aware so that they can donate, you made good suggestions. DOes the shelter have a website?
