We recently saw these stunning animals at an adoption clinic. They were sweet and charming. One lady told me she had to teach greyhounds how to do basic tasks (walk up stairs, go to the bathroom outside, etc.) because their conditions were quite pathetic before they reached their fosters. They are loving animals and---with a bit of help---make wonderful pets. I don't like any racing, tractor pulling/killing of dogs who pull heavy objects, etc. I can't imagine why anyone would get a thrill out of such things. |
