I vowed after out 5 yr old GShep died because of cancer, that I would find a better diet for my dogs. And i started reading all i could about canine nutrition. I ordered a course in the mail for veterinary assistance training. i didn't get to finish the course. But Il learned a lot from it. I started reading everything on homeopathic remedies for animals and humans. I said after my baby died that I would try to help anyone that had a medical problem with their animals. Due to my intensive reading I told a neghbor what to do when her miniature poodle drank antefreeze. She did what I told her then rushed the dog to the vet. the vet said we did the right thing. it saved her poodle's life. I was so happy that I was there that day. I fed our GShep, Bear Bear a premium commercial dog food all of her short life. She had all of the shots that the vet told us that she should have, even for Lyme disease every year. She is the only dog we have ever had that didn't live to 10 yrs old.
