I Any members in WA who can help with these pretty girls? I am a volunteer with Seattle Beagle Rescue and just got this e-mail about a mother-daughter in a shelter in Western WA. I'd be happy to foster them, but I'm on the other side of the state and can't get to them. If any of you knows anyone who can help these pretty girls, please let us know. Can you guys help us out? Either with foster and/or crosspost? These dogs were pulled from KCAC with all of the crap they are going through. Mom and daughter, very bonded...I've crossposted with Old Dog Haven and with our own foster crew to no avail. They are doing ok but placing them through us may be a longshot at the moment. http://search. petfinder. com/petnote/ displaypet. cgi?petid= 9643028 - daughter http://search. petfinder. com/petnote/ displaypet. cgi?petid= 9642987 - mom You may have already heard from King County about these guys...they adopted out daughter to folks who 3 days later surrendered her to us. I called King County after finding out mom was still there and had her transferred to us. They are getting over terrible kennel cough. Former owners bred mom and surrendered both to King County as they were living strictly outside and became "lawn ornaments". Very frustrating. Anyway, please let me know if you guys can help. I know it is always tough. My cell is 206-351-3732. I'm also trying to crosspost with as many folks as possible. Thank you. Mike at Seattle Animal Shelter

One of the SBR volunteers has agreed to foster the pair if it seems that they'll be separated. Thank you all for your suggestions and input. I do appreciate it. Hopefully these lovely ladies can be adopted together.
