As to color I with my dogs in that red/green color blind area.
Night vision - of this I am grateful as Cyclops once led me through a tunnel in Wisconsin. They replaced an old railroad track with a bicycle path. The tunnel was 3/4 of a mile long. Cyclops led the way while I focused on the white tip of her tail as it wagged its way happily along the tunnel.
Sensitivity to movement - this is most certainly true and then they bark in the middle of the night to let me know they saw something. These nights in camp make for long naps the next day on the road. | | | |
