Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know about my organization. I am the President and Founder of Helping A Cause 4 Paws. Mission StatementHelping a Cause 4 Paws aims to provide a network of resources for animal rescues, shelters, and transporters in order to better serve the animals. Helping a Cause 4 Paws also aims to provide support and information to those who want to get involved in animal rescue but are not sure where to begin. About UsHelping a Cause 4 Paws was derived from the observation of a few life-long animal rescuers who noted that there are few central locations of resources for animal rescues and shelters. Specifically, it was observed that the sharing of supplies and information regarding transports, grants and other resources was not commonplace, even between neighboring rescues. Since many animal rescuers have little time to research these programs, Helping a Cause 4 Paws steps in to provide a "one-stop" resource for the experienced rescuer and the interested animal lover who just wants to help. We do this by providing a forum for information, transports, neighboring shelter/rescues, and available/needed supplies necessary for animal rescuers. We are based in New England and have contacts throughout the Northeast (including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio). Our focus is this region, however, we have been able to assist outside of this region, including in Missouri, North Carolina, and beyond. Please spread the word to everyone you know in rescue.
