I don't normally post on here because if I got in the habit of doing this I would be on here all day because soooo many animals need rescuing and you would all be really sick of me. A friend who spends almost as much time on petfinder as I do sent me this poor guys petfinder picture.

But this poor dog has such sadness in his eyes I wish someone out there could help him~ I would but financually (spelling?)  I can't take on anymore.

Thank you for checking him out.

He looks like such a sweet dog!!!! I will ask a few friends and maybe I can find him a good home.  Allie do you think there are people in that area who might help transport him if I find someone local who can take him? Getting him to Ohio or Pennsylvania would be a great help.

He does look like a great dog. If I can get free I will help with transportation or donate to help those who are transporting. I am about to get another cat or I would consider adopting him myself. I have seen many pictures of dogs and cats on such rescue sites, but those eyes are not easy to forget. I know this sounds bad, but in a way, I wish I had never looked. That dog has suffered and deserves a better life. JJ get a decent copy of a color photo of him and post it at my bookstore if you like, we will find him a home.

Greg, that is awesome of you to consider adopting another cat and/or a dog to your household.  I hear ya about not wanting to look at pictures of needy dogs and cats..
