My brother's 1-1/2 year old Golden-Doodle (Golden Retriever/Poodle cross) needs a new home. He's an wonderful, energetic dog. He's been through obedience and is great with all animals and people. He's big, however. Probably 120 lbs. But he's got the sweetest disposition ever. They need to find a new home for him due to the fact that he barks too much.

If you have a home with a big yard, and you're willing to spend a little time with "Sam," you'll have a great dog.

My name is Tammy, and I am in the Austin area.  I may have a lead for you.  I am a Pet Partner evaluator for Delta Society for animal assisted therapy and just evaluated a golden-doodle in January for therapy.  The reason I mention this is that the woman who owns Schooner got him from a golden-doodle rescue in the Austin area.  She is one of their volunteers/foster families.   She is WONDERFUL and really loves this mix of breeds...so she may be able to help your brother find a loving home for his dog.
