| Yes.....run with my dog in the mornings and walk with her in the evenings....throw in some pilates moves and that's it.

| A person that is constantly trying a new diet, or dieting every season of the year... you shouldn't "diet" .... that implies it's temporary..it has to be a lifestyle- one that allows for the occaisonal un-healthy food ....like a whoopie pie the size of a manhole cover... ...courtesy of my last visit to the "rock" and my good friend/bad influence me, I wuv the junk food diet uh-huh...and for some reason, it loves you ...skinny... ??: Have you ever been to a restaurant where it is the NORM to throw your peanut shells on the floor? ...and if so, did you have a hard time adjusting?? | | | |

HAHAHAHHAAAAA____ When UBS came for a visit to the ROCK, we went to a nice Pub for dinner....they have a huge barrel of peanuts in the shell..you grab a basket and fill it with peanuts, munch away while you drink and wait for your dinner.....all the peanut shells get tossed on the floor, it's part of the Pubs requirements LOL.....poor Kaite, Ms Neat-Nic, almost died when she walked in and saw the floor!!!! She had a really HARD time tossing her shells on the floor, to the point of kinda bending over and just neatly placing them on the floor.......HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAA If you could only have one or the other for a year, would it be fruit or veggies? | | | |
