My Yorkie, Scooter has been gone for one year and the pain is still as strong as that horrid day, July 10, 2007! My little Scooter was a Yorkie and he was only 6. He had kidney failure which he battled for over one year. You can read about him in his memorial on www.critters.com and in the search put Scooter (or Scooter Bug) and click dog. He's the cute little guy asleep under the Christmas Tree. Please sign his guestbook at the bottom of the page if you go there. I miss him so much. Last week, on July 10 was truly a hard day for me. I've lost other pets and very close family members, but I have to say loosing this little nine pound guy has been the hardest thing ever. I'm almost 60 and I feel like I'm suppose to be able to handle things like this...but I just miss him so much. I'm truly open t suggestions and your thoughts. I don't know what to do. I've seen 2 grief counselors and been to 2 Doctors to discuss this overwhelming pain I'm still experiencing. I just feel crazy at this point. I'm also here on this wonderful site with my 2 dogs Barkley and Milo. Barkley we got to be Scooter's friend 2 years ago. Milo is only 7 months, and we got him recently for Barkley. Their breed is dog, Coton de Tulear which isn't listed on this breed list of this site.
