FYI,  The US marshals raided a petsmart distrabution center and found the place full of rats and bird fecies!  They provide products for 6 or 7 states including OH. and IND.  I can't remember the other states.  There have been no reports of sickness or death of any animals but warn people if their pet becomes ill after eating something from petsmart in one of the affected states to take them to your vet.  They also said that people need to clean any jars or cans and to wash your hands. 

This is Petco! NOT PETSMART!

PetSmart has changed their act. Just go visit a few of them and compare them to Petco.  I used to live at Petco for my pets becaues of the way Petsmart looked. Now all i do is go to Petsmart and have my Pug ready go to the Vet there at Banfield (which for record IS NOT part of Petsmart! It's a partnership!)

I'm not so sure that PetSmart "changed their act".  In three different places I've lived, I have not had pantry moths UNTIL a PetSmart opened and I made purchases.  Someone else had this happen to them and pointed it out to me.

Due to the fact that I have to drive 60 miles to a Petsmart  I only have Petco at my convenience and I have Never had a problem with anything I have gotten from them.    Believe me, with 3 dogs and a ferret  I am there ALOT!

gezzzzzz, I don't have either store where I live.....wish I did though, the prices in these mom & pop stores here are out of sight!!!!!!!

I don't buy my pet food at either store ...  But  I do go to Petco to get  chewy rawhide bones and other dog toys.  I have at least 4 of the stores  within  a 20 mile radius of my house. No complaints from  Nova yet  . 

4 Stores within 20 miles of Bills house???   I'm movin in w/ Bill!!   Move over Nova...Aunt Lissa is a commin for  a stay!
