My fav is a nice New York Strip steak on the grill....just plain for me, no spices or seasoning on it. Just a real hot grill. Oh, and I like my steak med-well. Nothing beats a juciy burger either, with sliced vine ripe tomatoes on it....yum

drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic over a nice fillet of salmon and let it sit for about 15 mins. Then put it on a hot grill and enjoy with some grilled veggies. YUMM!

That's a good one bigorott    try the salmon with maple syrup  brushed on both sides of the salmon too ;; whoaaaaaa

Also  lamb kebobs.....  cube up some lamb and  put in a bowl or ziploc bag ... just fill with olive oil to cover meat....  add oregano and garlic.....  let marinade over night... then make kebobs with favorite veggies....  this will melt in your mouth

Ribs and chicken , on the grill, marinated with my home made sauce.

And potatoe salad, and cole slaw and beans.

All made from scratch.

And of course a couple cold brewskies while cooking over that hot grill.

Mel, If you walked through a grill store, I'm sure you'd find "plenty o' help" and probably a grill boy to take home with ya!

and here's a non-carnivore one for ya... I DO have herbivore friends...course they don't preach it

eggplant steaks

slice an eggplant into 1" thick, steaks, rub with olive oil and grill...top with a thin layer of humus, and a layer of bruschetta (mine's homemade on both counts, but you can buy pre-made) ...dust with a little parm and broil for a few seconds...done & YUM!!!

 get a Grill Man

excellent suggestion... and the grill man can hang out with the tanning butler- you know the guy that applies the sunscreen when needed ...we LOVE those!

kay- here's another..stuffed flank steak

marinate a flank steak in oilve oil, crushed garlic, fresh basil and a little bit of balsamic  for about 2 hours, remove from marinade, top with spears of grilled asparagus, roasted red peppers and herbed goat cheese- roll and tie- grill on high heat until desired doneness- (if you like your steak more than med, you should probably freeze the goat cheese for a few minutes so it doesn't totally disolve) remove from grill, let stand for a few, slice into roulades...yum yum yum

Ah my vassal, as long as its on a weekend, no problem.

Will gladly pick up prince.

And will gladly make the tater salad, always wanted to impress a chef. LOL

Should I pick up some tequila coming thru NH, its cheaper there.

Can never have to much tequila.
