Heres a list of dates in July that are semi-important and shoul be celebrated as minor holidays;

1.- Teddy Roosevelt and his Rough Riders take their walk up San Juan Hill  in 1898.

 4 - Nathans Hot Dog eating contest at Coney Island. Joey Chestnut ate 66 in 12 minutes in 2007.

 8.- Liberty Bell cracked in 1835,as it rings to mark  the death of Chief Justice John Marshall.

17.-Disneyland opens in 1956 - and people can't get that "Small World " song out of their heads.

20.-Neil Armstrong becomes first man to walk on moon,1969.

23.- Ice Cream cone invented at St.Louis World Fair, 1904.

27.-"Whats Up Doc' Bugs Bunny debutes in 1940.

30.- MGTM Lion roars for first time in 1928.
