Pet SittingThis week we're leaving our three furbabies in the hands of a pet sitter for the first time. Normally I wouldn't think twice about going on vacation, but after Tom's tail-ectomy I'm watching their every move and if one of them even sneezes I'm on the phone to the vet. Thankfully - and in one of those it's-a-small-world-after-all moments - we've found perhaps the perfect pet sitters!

I've had the Woofie's card on my refrigerator for ages and when we had a company meeting at my house recently Dan noticed it right away - turns out the owner is a good friend of his! And when I called to book Woofie's for the kittens this week the coincidences continued - turns out they already sit for three of my favorite dogs in the neighborhood and our boys play football together.

These connections have completely eased my mind so I leave for vacation knowing that my babies are being taken care of by fabulous sitters.

Let us know all about your favorite pet sitters!

Re: Be Good

I use Neon Dream here in Albuquerque and my pets LOVE their sitters. I'm able to go away and know that my furbabies are in great hands!

Re: Be Good

How is Tom's tail-ectomy healing? Gangrene is a big issue when the tail is involved. Sounds like you take very good care of your furbies.
